Additional Fees as Follows:
All annual rental rates are a monthly rate. When renting an annual property, you will be required to pay first month's rent, last month's rent and a security deposit equal to one month's rent and a $50 lease processing fee prior to your move-in date. Any person aged 18 years and older will be required to complete an application and background check at a fee of $55 per person. If applicable, an association application and application/processing fee(s) may be required and will vary depending on the community in which the property is located. If a property allows a pet, an additional non-refundable fee or a monthly fee added to the rental fee will apply, depending on the property.
